No worries, i used a programe called Pepakura witch is a paperfolding program and i downloaded the files from this site

Then after i folded all the armour i used 15 layers of fiberglass all the inside of the armour then used spray putty on the outside (i wanted to do a quick job on it, better using 2 mix bondo car putty for Halo 3 or Reach armour would be better) then sand everything flat then paint then your all done

it kinda dose but this armor was made a year and a hafe before Reach came out

Thank you, you need the program "Pepakura Designer" (you can look it up on google, it's also a free download) you need the files for the armour on this website [link] and then all you have to do is print the armour, cut and past it all of it together and then fiberglass the inside to make it stronger and putty and paint the outside and thats how I got it done.

yeah it's made out of Fiberglass, but I wouldn't recommend swimming in it you'll might drown

all you have to do it print them out, cut, paste, and fiberglass the inside, car bondo putty the out side to make it looks more smooth (I didnt do it on mine becouase i was to lazy), paint it and you got armour

why did you use halo 2's ODST? couldnt you have done 3's? this is really blocky and could use some smoothing out.

yeah there's no point making a odst 3 helmet and use odst 2 body armour plus I was a running out of time trying to smooth it out and werthing to get it ready for the con, but I won 1st place anyway I'm still trying to got some photos of the finished ver.

ah, the con. that is always the challenge. i was going to make some armor but i needed to wait till it was closer to keep my scaling right, then by the time i was ready the con had passed. great job though.
