Man, it doesn't happen nearly enough to get the chance to comment on such a good work! I really love it, it's absolutely stunning, even if it's such a small picture, you managed to get an awesome result! The style you used in this one is really great, I think you found a good balance between realism and stylization, while the eye's shape is pretty much realistic, it still gives a comic/graphic novel vibe! 
The colouring is absolutely stunning, I love both your painting style and the palette you used, it's so delicate, the light colours really make a nice effect; moreover I love paintings where you can see the brushstrokes! A thing I particulary like that someone might criticize because it's not "realistic" let's say, is the fact you made the pupil in pastel colours as well, it looks good with the light eyelashes! The shading in the eye's white is gorgeous and so are the highlights. I think you drew the make up really well too, because you can immedately see it's eyeliner and not part of the eye itself!
If I really had to point out something that could have been done better, I'd say it would have looked better if you made the end of the eyelashes thinner, I think using a more pressure sensible brush would have given an even better final result!
