Description This is a modded version of the original ForceX System Monitor ([link] ) to be full transparent on your desktop and give all the information you could possibly need for overclocking and monitoring.

This includes MSI Afterburner outputs, Speedfan outputs, and Performance Monitor outputs

In order for this to run properly you need to install the MSI Afterburner and Speedfan plugins included in the zip file.

Here's a link to the forums discussion for the MSI Afterburner plugin.

[link]

It includes:
8 CPU core use/temp monitors
Overall CPU use/Temp monitor
RAM Monitor
SWAP Monitor
Network Utilization
1 HDD Monitor
GPU Monitor that includes MSI Afterburner readouts:
GPU Core clocks
GPU Voltage
GPU Core Usage w/timeline graph
Mem clocks
Mem Usage w/timeline graph
Shader clocks
GPU Core temps w/timeline graph

Here's a link to the old version of this app that uses Rivatuner.

I had to change over to Afterburner because when I upgraded my video card and updated drivers it broke Rivatuner

I've added every measure I could find within Afterburner.

I made a slightly more compact version for myself. I also fixed the little errors that prevented the color and font in some places. Finding the registry for the graphics adapter name took a lot long than I thought it would too. [link]

FYI I looked at the values from SpeedFan. They change based on which you've selected to be monitored and what order you've organized them in. If you're going to use this system monitor, you'll need to figure out how to configure and label SpeedFan for your particular motherboard. Depending on your build, Speedfan detects several sensors, labels, and orders them differently which in turn changes what Ultimate System Monitor shows. In my case what alerted me in the first place was that the Overall CPU Temp section was displaying my GPU Temp and them GPU Temp section was showing Core 2.

You would have to go in and manually change the height and reposition the different modules to your needs.

There is a huge problem with the skins that have no backgrounds - as soon as you change the desktop background, there is a good chance that it will make your HUD elements barely visible (white text is not readable on the snowy background for example)

It's as simple as changing the master colors to a darker color though. Just takes about 5 mins to rewrite in a different color.

This is a great looking skin with quite a bit of functionality, almost too much. I'm modding a little to fit my needs and available real estate, but thanks for doing all the hard work.

A quick heads up, though; in the .ini file, I think that this line:

@include=#SKINSPATH#Ultimate System Monitor\Settings.inc

needs to be changed to this:

@include=#SKINSPATH#Ultimate System Monitor v2\Settings.inc

in order to load user settings correctly when using the default directory names.

Thanks again!

You're right. I changed the file name to upload here and forgot to change it. It's still technically v1 on my PC.
