That aside, and disregarding my hat (if we must. I'm in madly in love with it), I am getting better with my Misha makeup! I know I'll never look exactly like him, our facial structure is just far too different. But I'm getting closer, close enough for a passing resemblance.
I also got my blue tie! It was a $55 tie I got for $8 on clearance at a Marshall's. I was ecstatic. All I'm waiting on is my contact lenses for this costume to be complete! And then only about a month until I get to show it off at Ikkicon! WEWT!

Hahaha, yeah, I suppose mimicking Tennant prior to this definitely geared me up, he makes some of the most extreme faces I've ever seen. My problem with Misha's faces is mainly that his irises are a great deal bigger than mine, so a lot of the time I open my eyes wider to make an expression like his and just end up looking possessed (Well, in a non Supernatural way, my eyes don't turn black or anything). My new contact lenses will definitely help that.
And I got this hat at Spencers. It was a baby hat, though I wouldn't envy the woman who gave birth to the baby it's intended for, because it fits my head just fine. I added the braids myself.

Misha's is crocheted I think, and doesn't seem especially hard to make. I was thinking about it before I saw this one.
And not my pupils, my irises, as in the colored part of my eyes. But the contacts are circle lenses, so it helps.
