More specifically, Lord Blumiere and (my interpretation of) Lady Timpani. Or Count Bleck and Tippi, if you'd prefer.

Why? Because I wanted to draw them, that's why. :I

Ugh. The more I look at this, the more I don't like it. I'm just gonna. Go to bed and think of something else to draw. To make up for it. And then I'll write a better comment in the morning. Probably. I don't dislike it quite so much now. It just seemed that way this morning after I'd literally stayed up all night working, which usually yields something a bit more spectacular. In this case, I just kept messing up/being indecisive. Oh. And adding all the stars in the Count's cape and the rainbow gradient on Tippi's dress were both really tedious, if anyone was wondering.

For those unaware, this is from the game Super Paper Mario. Also, it's a great game, go play it.
