...Yeah, I suck. :IBlehhh... Yes, this is sort of an image to go with that depressing oneshot I wrote... because, like the story, it wouldn't leave my skull, so I had to present it to the world.
I tried to go with a more sketchy, earthy tone to it, because I only spent an hour on it and am very lazy.
...But I like it anyway. C:

He's sad because he realizes he threw his lost family, including the best friend he truly needed, away for nature, something he didn't really need.

Yeah; part of me is angry at him for making such a stupid move, but part of me is also worried, because he didn't know what horrible thing would happen to his poor best friend. He just thought they were in Heaven, not... It's not fair to the fans, it's not hopeful to the remaining four, and it's cruel to the lost five, as if going to Heaven wasn't bad enough. They were duped! We were all duped! I wanted to believe the lost five would become nature spirits so there would be some actual salvation and hope, because as far fetched as that sounds, it could actually work, because think of how much despair 9 would be in if he knew that his brother's ghost was used as nothing more than... It would drive him to depression, insanity, or suicide! Unless he doesn't care, then he wouldn't have a heart/mind/soul.

That story still breaks my heart. :C But still, I do like this little drawing, the earthy tone works really nice here.
