Now, this is far from a finished piece, but I the sketches look neat enough put together like this and I actually love sketches and expression sheets so I'm putting up this thing here, too. My sketches normally don't look this neat, but this is the adventage the stuff done for my animation-character design class has.

Nat is a character for an RPG project I have going on. My stories tumblr speakingstories.tumblr.com/ , cited there has more rambling about the story and all that. Also, all these poses were referenced from some disney's Kristoff character sheet. There are a whole lot of cute child like expressions from that guy... he's great for this. I generally don't use reference, but that's what I go to class for. I require help to do kinda neat stuff.
