He tries so hard, it's cute, sad, and funny all at the same time.

He got too hot yesterday, though... He's having a few problems maintaining his body temperature at the moment and he's got a slight fever... which..sounds kind of contradictory, but...I took his temperature 20 minutes ago and he was sitting around 97 degrees F...I just took it again and he's at 103 degrees F and he's lethargic...I gave him a glucotab and some subQ fluids to rule out blood sugar and dehydration. He does have a minor sunburn on his head and ears, the poor little guy. It may be the sunburn giving him some grief.

aaw poor thing .. I must admit not being from a country that uses Fahrenheit I have no idea what his temperatures were heh .. also I don't know what lethargic, glucotab and subq is hehe .. I'm sorry .. but a sunburn sounds plausible for his race .. not his fault that he was bred "into" what he is ..

but yeah I know the feeling that something is sad and funny at the same time with the lil' ones .. it's just part of the human psyke I think to sometimes laugh at something almost tragic ..

Okay:

Lethargic- lacking energy, not moving much
Glucotab- sugar tablet to help raise his blood sugar
SubQ- shorthand for subcutaneous (Below the skin)

As far as his temperature goes.. I'm not good enough at converting... but first his temperature was too low, then it was too high... he had a fever.

I laughed, not because it was sad, but because he was trying so hard to climb the stairs...to no avail. He would pace back and forth on the step, squeaking his frustration, but he never gave up until I picked him up. He's persistent...and I laughed because it was cute. I could really learn a lesson from this little man.

ah ok .. misunderstood sorry .. but yeah I do know type of situation as well from when my dog tries to get stuff out from under the couch, and juuuuust can't reach it hehe ..

And don't worry about a misunderstanding. I laugh when my weenies can't figure out where I hid their toys and they search all over for them xD I'm mean like that, LOL

It's really funny to watch him try and climb the stairs. He starts squeaking out of frustration after a little while.
