"Time to go," the beautiful magesword tells me.
"It's been less than a glass," I complain, resting in her arms.
She wore me out so fast!
And it was lovely.
"I had to let you nap," she tells me, "after your body is primed. But things have changed."
"What's changed?"
"Turquoise."
I'm out of bed in a flash, dressed.
"I'll need a weapon." She hands me a longsword. I twist my wrisy, feeling it's weight and balance. It's a good sword.
"Let's go."
