Hi. Long time no see.
This is a thing I started a few months ago from some encouragement from my boss as personal development. This is in chronological order, and I'm showing every face here, even the ones I hate haha! But I think it's nice to see the progress.

The top faces took me almost 30 mins to complete each. I realized I had to work faster so I sped up and now I'm at under 10 minutes per face. Another fun fact is that the first three faces are suppose to be Hugo Weaving. I realized the second head was more Billy Bob Thornton than Hugo haha. But it just shows the progress of finding out what makes a face.

After a few faces we came to the conclusion I could nail 2 of 10 faces. Which my boss thought wasn't all that bad. But we also realized my problem was not finding the right shapes and features. My problem lies in getting the relation between the features correct. Practice, practice!

A fun fact though. half way through these I tried to draw Julie Andrews and failed. I tried it recently, and succeded. Does that mean I'm making progress? I hope so.
