Nice shot of the Combine. is your new game set in the Half Life setting? if not, be careful of ripping like that. Valve watches their content. You don't wanna get sued by a major game developer.

Cool image.
Nice whisped out effects on the secondary characters to the right and left of the primary (central) figure ... BUT ...
I highly suggest / recommend that you remove the "Stop right there!" quote.
The reason is that it appears almost as an afterthought to the overall image. You've got the cool "Cold War Era" Soviet font in the upper left corner of the image (which works well), then you've got this handwritten font that just looks more at home in a comic strip to the upper right of the primary figure.
Doesn't mesh.
Remove it and you'll see the image stand better as is without it -OR- keep it, but use the Soviet Cold War Era font to spell out the "Stop right there!" statement. That way, there will be continuity to the image.
