I still don't know if that's the title I want to keep for this piece. Suggestions are welcome!
Just some random bishounen that jumped out of the pencil when I was sketching. Got to test the new Prismacolor marker set that I ordered. On the blond's tunic are Mint Cream and Avacado. His sashes are Sky Blue Light and Muted Turquoise. Also used a touch of Green Tea on the part of the sash that hangs down.
Ink (technical pens), Prismacolor markers & coloured pencils and Dr. Martin's Bleed Proof White on Bristol - original size: 9 x 12 inches

Aww, I totally thought of Phantom of the Opera when I read the title.
I love the coloring for this one though. I am amazed at your marker skillz. I'll just send you my markers, you'll put them to better use. ^^

Yes, I've got two sets of them. I haven't used them in a while, though. Several of my older pieces are mixed media using watercolour pencils.

Excellent work. I love the expressions, and the poses are well done. Nice use of color too. I'm still trying to get my markers to talk to me without an accent

I have discovered that the markers seem to work best when used with the coloured pencils. Oh, and the full set of colours is definitely a plus for subtle shading!

Unfortunately, me is a poo boy. My lovely wife gave me a wonderful custom ordered set of 48 as a christmas/birthday present (my b-day lands between xmas and new year). I used them as a base color for "Valentine Evenings" and used the pencils for detail and shading. But it's been interresting. It's like learning a new language.

Shoot, just hunt around on DA and you'll find plenty of line art available for colouring.
