This is my Urawa Issui character, a.k.a. Cosmic Sailormercury ("Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon"'s Mizuno Ami's daughter), from my Sailormoon story, in color (with pose ref from a random anime girl ad in a mag, I believe).

Personal Information

Urawa Issui is the complete opposite of the typical princess. While she maintains the proper public image of a very kind, generous and respectful royal to all others, she would much rather prefer wearing something far more comfortable to better reflect her true self, versus the stifling gowns that she often spends the majority of her time trying to avoid wearing.

As the sole heir to the throne of Mercury, her parents often worry that Issui may not be goal oriented enough to be a sufficient ruler one day (especially due to her incessant skipping out on any/all royal duties that she can manage), as she has a habit of being on the lazy and rebellious side, in addition to having a frequent tendency to getting into mischief in or around the palace.

Athletic, spunky and with a quick wit, Issui is very outspoken and will stick up for those who cannot do so for themselves. She very much enjoys playing sports alongside playing practical jokes.

As the new senshi of Water and Ice, Issui is ironically very dedicated and focused upon the mission at hand. Because each senshis's strength derives and evolves from their emotions (which can either make or break them), Issui is so far stronger than the rest of the Cosmic Senshi (except perhaps for Cosmic Sailorvenus), as nothing is holding her back from what needs to be done. A playful bond has seemed to have formed between herself and Tanrei Mori, while for the most part, she also seems to generally get along with her fellow senshi (although she often finds herself butting heads with Chiba Kousagi, who is her direct opposite personality wise), and tries to encourage each of them to do their best.

* For The Sagacious Waters Of Mercury, Henshin Yo!

Issui says this to transform into Cosmic Sailormercury. Taking a fetal position, a kaleidoscope of different shades of blue ice surrounds and then encases her naked body inside, while several blue auras whip around the pillar of ice until it can no longer be seen. Finally her frigid prison shatters, and then reveals her to be suited in her sailorfuku.

* Mercury Frigid Dagger

Cosmic Sailormercury says this to create a deadly, blue ice dagger from out of an extended hand to hurl at an enemy, which freezes and destroys them.
