I think I've invented a new step in the production process. I call it "rough ink", like rough pencils, only with ink. This is to get a rough idea of how the black and white design will work.

Well, if you've checked the reference I gave in the last post you've probably come to the same conclusion I did that this is not an entirely original composition. It's a permutation on Ordway's original. That's why I went with black background, as in the original. Why fight it?
