Description One exercise a day of twenty poses, one minute per pose, for now.  It hardly seems worth putting in so little time and effort.  And yet in this case a little consistent practice is better than pushing to do a lot and then burning out.  There is something to be said for practicing this way.  In fact, it's the way it all started back around 2000.  Back then I started doing little sketches of lathe models that I set up on the kitchen table when had my morning coffee.  In a little while those little sessions grew beyond expectation.  I turned the dining room into an art studio, replaced the kitchen table with an industrial drawing board and worked up a schedule of practice and study that kept me busy for between 8 to 14 hours per day.  So, not going to knock light practice, especially when it's regular. It could be a simple change of pace in an otherwise uneventful day, or it could be a meditation that leads to a breakthrough that changes the course of my life. And one more thing to add - I have a new sense of ease and freedom drawing as if no one's watching.
