Description
This drill for drawing heads and faces quickly is not nearly as quick as I would like. But it still counts as time-in. The idea is not to dick over exact likeness to the reference, but to quickly asses the "type" and the expression and turn out something that looks human enough for a comic book. It started off well. The only thing quick about it was how quickly I got bogged down redrawing, measuring and chewing up the time, until I was drawing in tone. Haha. Tomorrow is another day. The goal is to knock them out as I do figures, not get bogged down in the details of the features, but be able to give the proper impressions with just a few of the right lines.
