Here's some Riley info. XD
Name: Riley
Age: 4 years
Sex: Male
Breed: Dalmatian
Super Power: Can create, manipulate and control water.
Personality: Friendly, good leader, honest, risk-taker, laid back, SOMETIMES gets shy around a good looking female dog.
Short back story: Riley used to be the top fire brigade dog in his city. Until one day his beloved owner Mika died in a fire while she was doing her job, but she got stuck and couldn't get out. Riley couldn't save her.

Riley looks great! Though maybe a bit of critic from me?
So, well his muzzle is slanted down at an extreme angle so it looks like he may be in pain. He big, cute and floppy ear is a bit low, remember a 'pointy' eared dog's ear starts on top of it's head. A 'floppy' eard dog is just the same, though well... floppy.
His back leg's bottom section, the back line atarts a bit short.
But your just getting over an art block, I know how hard that can be!
Other than that, everything looks awesome (even the 'gay' head hair).

Awe, *hugs* people can be jerks. I drew a picture of my dog's dad as a gift for her breeder and my mom told me I shouldn't give it to her "because it looked like a Pomeranian"
I was like, "thanks mom" and she was like, "you're not little anymore, I can be truthful."
My boyfriend, on the other hand, is always like, "omg you're so amazing! I wish I could draw like you!" but he's a mushy sweetie like that.
I really don't see the steroid use... I actually think they look very nicely proportioned. Males are supposed to be a bit bulkier/more masculine than females ([link] vs. [link] ); and besides, it's much better for them to be a bit bulkier and well muscled than half-starved stick figures like some drawings I see.
