Gorbash Inflated from the movie Flight of Dragons. I'm guessing about half way in the movie, he explains the science of dragon flight, and inflates himself.I have the video clip, so far I can't find it anywhere else on the internet.
Not an exact copy of Gorbash, I changed his face a bit.
