I think I should spoil this:
Vite really has her mind set on Opalond. And one of the things she would really like to see is him smiling, but she haven't figured out how to accomplish that. So meanwhile anything that breaks his "moody" look is a win.
I might redo the backgrounds later, since I didn't find my reference for the background.
In need of help with the english.

Poor opie... he's an emperor and a black mage yet noone respects him. Ethran annoys him, the geezer talks down to him adn his taylor gives him lip.
Lovely work, especially like Vite's smirk in the last panel. I so love that character.

I somehow came to think of "How to train your dragon" when he answers something like "thanks for summing that up" XD, that would have been something for Opalonds ears. (and "Opie" sounded so darn cute! XD)

Opalond's expression in the last panel reminds me of my cat when I pester her. I usually end up with a big gash on my arm XD This is probably going to be my fav page so far
I just realized I've read the last few pages in the wrong order somehow. Reading them in the correct order would probably make more sense, haha!

It was very fun to draw the expressions, I must say. Even Vites unlogical look in the first panel but it just felt so right it had to be like that XD. And for the last panel: He does not approve! XD
