This is pretty good...you have a good shape to the face and all the spots look very well placed. If you were to take the side of your pencil and lay over a tone across the darker areas of the fur, you could really start to work in some of the "color". Also, give the background a little tone, it could make this seem more complete.

You're definitely right - I should add the background (I hope then it will look better). I should also add little more shading (In fact when I look on thumbnail I see only outlines and spots).
