nice work, just a couple of things, don't be scared to go darker if needed overlay the dark graphite with charcoal pencil just to adds those deeper tones, have a look at the roof of the mouth on my Wolf 1 [link] this is how I got that dark tone. Also be wary of the lines on your work, the line around the nose & leading up is a bit distracting, I try not to have lines in my work rather I tone up to the edge of an image, at last of all careful around the eyes it's great to have clear eyes but if the highlight is next to white then it doesn't have any punch, just bring down the tones around the eye socket. Dark next to light next to dark creates form. I hope that helps.
