A slight re-design for The Moon Ripper .
I keep updating everything on Slasher Moon but as far as the Moon Ripper goes, I'm mostly happy on how he turned on out so he really didn't change much (except his story, last one is outdated).

I always wondered why Sigma choose a wolf to represent his Maverick uprising in X1, and whose shape would remain as his logo for the entire series.
This was my main lead on how I would design the Moon Ripper.

We are also acquainted to see high-scale conflict in the Megaman series. War, mass destruction, genocide, but we never actually see the lowest point of things, like Maverick robbers, drug dealers, or in this case, a serial killer.

Our hero X would easily destroy any masked guy with a knife with a bright blast of the X-Buster without any hesitation, but in his early days he was even more conflicted to approach violence even if he couldn't sort things out with words.
This is why I choose Slasher Moon to be pre-X1.

All things said, the Moon Ripper isn't exactly just a guy with a knife, and X won't be the only one sharing the struggle on how to stop this reckoning force that has taken over Abel City's nighttime.

His backstory is an enigma. His motivations are unknown. His identity is a secret. His empathy is unexistent. Just like Michael Myers (one of his many inspirations), the Ripper is just human by shape.

The comic is still a long way due, but for now, have this awesome piece of art done by the always talented Entity!
