On FA, I created an account especially for realistic pokemon. The main gallery is gonna be for polished stuff (even though I put this in the main gallery there for now) and the scraps for stuff like this and pencil sketches. I actually have an account here for only realistic pokemon art, but I think I'm gonna get rid of it. Kinda pointless to have multiple accounts on a site where I'm barely doing well on one account...

Now as a ref, I'm using Red Fox kits as the base. Used a couple of photo refs which I'll link to later for the background. I might wanna go back and fix up the tails. They look a bit awkward as they are now. Foxes have pretty long tails, but I'm not sure this'll do...Lighting and shading needs some work to but this is still just a sketch.

And just in case anyone is wondering, yes...this vulpix has white tipped tails and only two tails. According to some of the games, baby vulpix are born with pure white tails and as they grow they split into the six tails. I liked that concept, though it'd be interesting to come up with a sketletal study of how that would work. I'm thinking that they're born with all six sets of tail bones would be in tact in one tail, connected by some sort of tissue. As they grow that tissue weakens and separates into the six tails. Kinda like they're skeleton is still developing even though they're born.

Anyways, if you want to crit/redline, go for it.
