My part 2 for s contestEvolved from [link] at level 35
The purpose of the contest is to make an evolution for his Oceausky.
I chose to include ice on the evolutions body because of "Hustorm" 's water/ice typing. The yellow spots on it's body generates the ice.
It's paws turn more fin like to help it swim fast in water.
I tried to make the evolution very similar to oceausky to make the evolution look believeable.
