I'mma keep naming my tutorials this lol cuz it is trueAnyways, this is how I do hair~ I know I suck at explaining but hopefully some of you guys understand X'3
I also sometimes do more steps than this(for example, the hair on the left) but this is pretty much it. However, for brighter colors I do use multiply layers sometimes but I try to just pick colors that'd be good as the darker parts of the hair.

Thank you! I just use a pink and light blue on a dodge or add layer and use the smudge brush. I might do a tutorial for his hair later x'D
