Been a little while since I've sketched something Princess-related.

Essentially, each of the outfits/binds/gags shown in the sketch would make the game(s) harder in some way.

Normal Princess with Ropebinds and Stuffed Tapegag ~ This is pretty much the Normal mode of the game, and the Princess in Distress we all know and love (and wish) to play as.

"Egyptian Pharaoh" Princess with Tape Mummification ~ This costume set makes the game harder, in the sense that you move slower and can't jump as high.

"Mage" Princess with Magic Binds and Water Bubble ~ I had the most fun with this. You get to move faster, but you're on a constant time limit, in the form of an air meter. If it drains completely...well, you know what happens.

And ideally, yes, you would get to play with the outfits normally.
