You have great english. I speak it since its my home language and I suck at it -_- Yours is like a ton better.... I know how to make a different version of this as well but its like with square paper its like really annoying.

owh... u stuck at step 14.. erm,, after u get d folding effect, means after u fold it,, u must unfold it back(no.13),, u hv 2 fold d both side inside(no.14)*follow d existing line that u get from d folding effect*,, so that it will became triangle shape (no.15)..
for step 16-18,, it's same ways with step 13-15..

What is the length and width of your paper? I'd love to try this, but I'd like to do the correct dimensions since I don't have any money like this 
Or does it work with any size? I know I've tried paper airplanes in different sizes and some wouldn't work.

It does work with any size, but for appropriate size, use 8.5cm x 8cm (use ratio for bigger size) or just square paper..
