I told myself, if I ever picked up water colors, I would draw and paint Luke first. There's something water colors that just feels appropriate for his character.I tried to make him look like a doll that got thrown up against a wall... I need to work on my backgrounds, as we can all see.
This was my first attempt at water colors, actually. I did a painting of my own OC Pellinore, buuuuuuut, well, it wasn't, um, presentable, to say the least.

Not a bad first attempt. The line aren't isn't too bad. A little thicker and thinner in some place but it's not bad. Your water colors has some bloom to it and I see a slight discontinuity on the right, but I see some evenness towards the left of the pic. Of course, the pic in and of itself is flippin' adorable. <33333 I like it. Tis a wonderful start. <3
