I Know how ya feel.Sometimes,i'm all happy and perky,and others,it's all "I Hate the world,the world sucks.-points to random happy dude-why are you so freakin' happy?"So,yeah. Maybe you could just..maybe,like write out your feelings on paper,then destroy it.I Do that alot.It helps.And it REALLY helps ya take out anger,depression,frustration,etc. etc....
