I missed the last event and missed my chances to draw anthro Ming.
I refuse to miss another epic event ;w; Definitely gonna participate as much as I can this time 'round.
Also it's been too long since I've last drawn Charlie, I gotta do more of the Ask Charlie stuff to get back into shape XD
Also Charlie made this Zootopia-inspired onsie himself. And he really wants to be scary this event but it's probably not gonna work. But he really wants to try, man.
