I got a Wii, but I don't act rabid ove rother consoles (its jsut I don't like Kevin Butler).

Nintendo knows how to please its audience though I really hope they stop being oh so 'every one can play' and give us gamers something fun to do 
I mean from Nintendo - 64 we always had a pretty large library of games, but since GC we only have a few games, I mean we play the crap outta those few games but it would be nice to have more of a selection again.

I normally don't like bashing consoles, but I am kinda sick of people always telling me the PS3 is better, then the Wii all the time. People try to tell me, "true gamers" don't like the Wii, and the Wii onley appeals to people in nursing homes, and stuff. (Yet, I know tons of people who've played video games sence they were a kid who have a Wii & enjoy it.)
I also find it ironic people are demonizing the Wii for being a "family console," and having a few "casual" games, yet recent PS3 commercials have been trying to bill the system as a "family/casual" console, and it's getting it's own share of "casual" titles, as well. (Like "Little Big Planet")
And just because a game is "casual" (like Wii Sports) doesn't meen it's a bad game, just because anyone can enjoy it. (I'll take Wii Sports over any of EA's "hardcore" sports games where you have to press 6 buttons consecutively to throw a basketball...)
Not to mention the Wii has it's own share of "hardcore" titles. (Just ask anyone who's played "No More Heroes.")
And how is "New Super Mario Bros. Wii" not hardcore? That's a pretty challenging & brutal game in later levels.

Well it's sad for me... I went from oldschool Nintendo fan to a Ps3 Lover... I hated PS when I was a kid and thought Nintendo was the best... No my opinion turned around... Because Nintendo doesn't attracts Coregamers like me... I only have it for Zelda, Metroid and Mario but that's it =/ It sucks Nintendo is more attracted to the casual gamers... and the thirdparty games suck!

Wii us much better. Gets you up and active. Plus the PS3 had to lower it's prices down twice. They are desperate to sell the PS3.
