Awesome!! Was waiting for a good elementary theme and it's finally here. So far I don't see bugs, will continue to test it.

A dark panel version will be released but I don't know when I'll do it. My main idea was make a theme perfectly integrated with Unity, and this is the best I can do.

I really don't know why it looks so on your pc.

My two advice:
- When you change the theme log out and log in.
- It looks like better with the elementary Window theme.
