Spoiler: The Audi was so built(Well that is) that getting it to flip/crash the way they wanted too was a challenge almost a bad as getting the Armor(s) to look right. Also the Roof didn't rip right for the same scene.

I dont remember the audi crashing in iron man...are you sure you are not confusing it with the aston martin in casion royale as that had the same story, it handled so well they couldnt get it to flip without help from a ramp. (or was this a deleted scene you are talking about?)

It's a deleted scene, it had Rhodes, hit(or try to) the Iron Monger and flip, then Tony(would) came/come along and rip open the roof to extract him. The live action footage was all shot, and a few bits of CG(rough footage, really rough) in there too.

Ah, damn that sounds like a cool scene, sucks when they cut stuff like that out.

Yeah, though it seemed a bit 'Cliched'(the scene)... The whole flight fight was better, especially the scene in which we see the Iron Monger prepare and blast off(like a Saturn V).
And yeah, Iron Man II is on my watch list...seen a pict of the new 'armor lab/shop' with the MkI, MkII, MkIII and *NEW* Mk.IV all in a role. The Mk.IV seemed almost exactly like the Mk.III only with boxers painted on instead of the "tidy whity" look.
