I really love this theme! I got tierd of my old one that I had used for way to long time, then I started searching around for a new one... and found this! Its really awesome. I love the clean and bright design! Fantastic!

I would very much like to turn this into a Deviator-skin... Deviator don't have any really good skins yet... And there is no option to disable it's skinning engine so that i can have this wonderful skin on it...
So, I hereby ask permission to make this into a deviator-compatible skin and submit it here on DA (with your name all over it ofcourse).
If you say no, I hope YOU will make a deviator skin instead
(seriously, this is the best skin I've seen so far, the OSX-skin can go home and take a nap)

for the people who keep wondering how to apply it, there are several options. the bottom line is that normally, microsoft doesn't like you adding new visual styles to windows, and so you will need to somehow change the uxtheme file. i'm not sure how to do this, except through the programs which have been made available online in various places. here are a few ways, though:
1.) download styleXP; you can get it right off this site. you will have to register or get a registration code after 30 days, though. i think there is a way to fake styleXP out, so that you don't need a registration code. i am not sure how, though, but you could search for a way online.
2.) get uxtheme patcher; this changes the uxtheme system file so that windows accepts other visual styles. no registration, no mess, no nothing. except, you'll be messing around with a system file, and you might not want to do that. i did, though, and it is working fine.

hopefully we can get a quality windowblinds version put together
