hey mobian in falsh is there like this speacial tool that you use to get body parts to move like his tail for an example

You have to make each body part a separate movie clip (right click, convert to symbol, movie clip), and have them all on different layers. I sometimes have movie clips within movie clips, (like his head was the top jaw and the bottom jaw)
