Omg! Whenever the sun shines I get back into the first anime I ever saw... Mermaid Melody! I wanted to draw someone of that serie so badly... so I choose Seira! One of my favorite characters. Perhaps I will draw more characters... but I am not sure who, so if you have suggestions I'll gladly take them

I've never watched mermaid melody, I don't think it was really in danish television when I was young, but insted a remember watching tokyo Mew Mew, and me and my brother getting into YU-GI-OH together when we where a little older
It's always so nostalgic thinking back on your first childhood anime, before youe knew anime existed ;#;
I also have a faint memory of my older brother (10 or so at the time) explaining that the difference between chinese and japanese cartoons where the drop over their heads
he didn't know what he was talking about, but I thought he was cool
(just around the time when all those shounen anime came to europe, dragon balls, naruto, pokemon, yugioh, duel monsters, bakugan, beyblade, b-daman, dinasour king, all the stuff)

Ahhh I've watched Tokyo Mew Mew as well, it was on Dutch television! Mermaid Melody never was unfortunately... and I didn't knew that was the difference between chinese and japanese
