As DarkHalo said below, they do look a lot more natural, especially the character on the far left! They look so much alive and 'loosened' up. I think the height of the character on the far right is great! The muscular build and proportions look just right. However I still think that his upper body is slightly larger in comparison to his hips, but no biggy!
I have a question about the 3rd character though. It might have been purposely designed this way, but she keeps me questioned about her personality. For example, I can guess with confidence that the 2nd character may be girly, but strong in values and speedy in physical movement. The 1st character is friendly and cheeky, but a risk-taker in adventurous moments and is somewhat physically strong. However, for the 3rd character, I wonder whether she's one of these personalities, or neither of them. She seems slightly tom-boyish, strong, but also shy and timid. She's sort of in the middle of being masculine and feminine to me. I really do like this ambiguity though, because it seems interesting layers of stories about her can be revealed. However it is truly puzzling what sort of character she is like. o_O I don't know if this is intentional, but if you'd like this character to be ambiguous, I suggest her costume, facial expression and body language stays same/similar. If not, I think her facial expression needs further dramatisation, or symbols in her costume that represent her personality.
I have no idea if any of this made sense, but hopefully it did.
Summing it up, I like this version much, much better, because they are so much alive and believable.

Thanks Zkzkan, it's really interesting reading your comments! very pleasing to me too as the impression you are getting from all the characters is how I hoped they would be recieved.
The 3rd character has a lot of mystery around her in the story, with low self esteem but a very caring nature for others when needed. She is very quiet and often seems disconnected from the reality of the situation. It does seem however when others are in trouble, it awakens her. Hope that makes sense

Alright, the first guy on the left is much better now, I like how you closed his eyes. It looks more natural and gives him more character. The second girl looks WAY better. I feel the sash should have more weight towards the bottom just for a gravity feel, again if it's pulled tight that's different. The other two look a bit touched up and that's good. Nice job!
