Hmm, well I'm terrible at drawing, whether with pencil and paper or ms paint, so you'd be forgiven for ignoring me but, I think at most the human body can turn a little over 90 degrees at the neck and probably about 85 degrees at the waist, depending on flexibility, but you'd have to look up a proper guide to anatomy.
