I am in love with this unique drawing! It's unlike any other I've seen of Severus. The position, the detail to his clothing, his own appearance.. it's beautiful. I would love to see this as a print, because I would buy it in a heartbeat.

He meant that people change, you can't keep judging someone by who they were when they were eleven years old.
And if he were to ressort Severus he would surely be a Gryffindor for he demonstrated that he was more courageous than most.
Like Harry says in the epilogue : ''[Severus] was the bravest man I ever knew!''

I thought it was an insulting thing to say to the Head of Slytherin House, since it implied that only Gryffindors are brave. There are no brave Slytherins, then? Or Hufflepuffs? Or Ravenclaws?
Severus is as brave as a Gryffindor, as brilliant as a Ravenclaw, as loyal as a Hufflepuff, and a Slytherin through and through.

Snape is (was? oh man I miss him already) extremely brave, and Dumbledore's comment was sweet, but Snape's comment: "If you'd rather be brawny than brainy..." makes me think he might have ended up in Ravenclaw as an alternative too...
In my opinion they should just ditch that darned hat hat mix up the dorms randomly.
