Therra asked me if i could make alil tutorial on how i draw arms,well i drew the simpler and harder way to draw arm,i use the harder one,growing muscles one out at a time.Thera hope this helps you at least a little.

well once u get the hang for the specific muscles drawing the arm thinner isnt a big issue in my opinion

well you have 3 diff ways to draw hands = fat/thin/muscled (/bones)
muscled [only] isn't a big solve but this is a good guide to it ^^
