Action Collection 1.0Description:
My first Photoshop Actions collection, which includes 6 actions. The following effects are included:
- 0. Orginal
- 1. Yellow Stitch Effect
- 2. Color Explosion Effect
- 3. Simple Light Effect
- 4. Time Travel Effect
- 5. Soft Light Effect
- 6. Blend Effect
How can I use the photoshop action:
The easiest way to install actions in Photoshop is to drag and drop the actions file on the opened photoshop window. This should work both on Mac and on Windows.
Caution! Photoshop stores actions in the default photoshop preferences file. This file may get corrupt and must be deleted or is replaced automatically by photoshop. Keep your actions file somewhere for safety.
However, photoshop actions can be installed 'by hand': Put them somewhere on the file system, then in photoshop open actions palette and click the tiny triangle in the upper right corner. From the appearing menu choose 'Load Actions', then choose the file from the file open dialog.
On windows there are actions in some subfolders of the photoshop installation folder depending on photoshop version, preferable in 'Required' and 'Presets\Photoshop Actions'.
You can also keep your actions in a different folder, even on a different drive. Just tell PhotoShop to load the actions, and navigate to their location. This way you can keep your downloaded and custom actions in a safe place.

Love these actions but they dont work for me. Loaded them into photoshop but when I hit the "play" button, nothing happens.

Das was du in der "Blend effect" action gemacht hast ist ganz cool.
Also Ebenenkopie invertieren, Hue umdrehen, Overlay .. kannte ich noch nicht.
Versteh nur nicht warum du das so verkompliziert aufgebaut hast.
Der Rest ist ja nicht wirklich berauschend .. vorallem bei "simple light" musste ich lachen.

Die mache mir meist kaum Gedanken beim Erstellen, weshalb ich die Effekt sehr oft durcheinander Würfel bis etwas gut aussieht, aber danke!

Hey, just to let you know, when you try to use 'Yellow Stitch' effect in an english version of photoshop, it gives an error when trying to select layer 'Hintergrund' (as this is just called background in the english version).
