My 2nd contest entry for contest.Here is Sailor Mars as Dark Phoenix from X-Men. If anyone knows how angry Sailor Mars can get; they'll know why I drew her as DARK phoenix (as opposed to normal phoenix⦠really it's because the colours work better).
Other reasons I drew Mars as DP are:
- Both control fire.
- Both are associated with birds.
- Both are more or less spiritual beings.
- BOTH HAVE AWESOME TEMPERS.

I'll look into that. I would do the rest of the senshi but I don't know which characters would suit best, unless you might know some good combinations?

Ami could be Beast or Nocturne if you just wanted to go for blue.
Mina could be Dazzler because they are both flashy.
Setsuna could be Rachel Summers or Psylocke becuase of time travle.
Haruka could be BoomBoom got that from a Sailor Moon/X-Men fanfic I am reading.
Hotaru could be Rouge becuase they are both kinda of outcast in the begining or Dead Girl since Hotaru is the Senshi of Death.
I can't think of anyone for Michiru or Usagi right now but I will keep thinking.
