There aren’t a lot on DA I don’t think, most of the ones I’ve seen interpret a majority of the characters as white, borrowing Bulkhead, Airachnid, Breakdown, sometimes Dreadwing and Predaking which varies depending on the artists interpretation.
I just think it’s nice to see some diversity within humanizations.

I always imagined in a humanoid AU a majority of Cybertronians would be one race like the renditions of what Americans will look like in fifty plus years, since race doesn’t really apply to them other than subspecies.

Haha, that's probably true for a lot of people! She's pretty creepy in the IDW comics as well!
Generally speaking a bit like an ant/bee hive with a loose hive mind or at least a collective memory which allows data to be exchanged quickly.
I think of the Insecticons seen in the show to be the equivalent of worker bees in a hive these are the most commonly forged/cloned Insecticon.
Insecticons with more unique alt modes eg. Kickback, Bombshell, Chopshop etc. are the equivalent of Soldier bees charged with defending the city.
Arachnicons (spider-formers) like Blackarachnia and Crystal Widow are the seers, healers and diplomats of the hive as they often have precognitive abilities, Airachnid is a rare exception to this as she doesn't have "the sight" so she joined the Soldiers/warriors instead.
They all answer to a queen who is from soldier or arachnicon stock originally.
