I grabbed an image of TV static, cut it in a way it could fit the eye, and used a bit of smudge so it could fit in just perfectly n-n

Is photoshop for free? To be honest I used to turn it down but now I see that you can make some pretty awesome effects with it.

You've always been on my points of inspiration in making my SFM pics, Aside from Argo and Aggie, Though you've been more on how to make things pretty... It's always cool how you manage to pull of some of the effects, which probably helps to have a good program(I'm stuck with gimp XD) whereas argo is more of how to animate better(for me).
