I dunno if I'm doing it right, I'm just drawing shapes with the pen tool...

I cheat and use the freehand option; drawing a random shape then adjusting it is too hard for me. So I draw my shape directly then edit it slightly.
I has a cheap tablet that I'll get rid of only when it bursts into flames and/or puke pea soup at me.

I had issues with Merlee that I did not have with Merlon (especially the third incarnation, seeing as Merlon III is all straight lines and Merlee III is highly curvaceous).
