The "own ruling class" is just as old as "communism cant work" arguments. If you consider the Vangaurd party as a "new ruling class" then you dont know whart Leninism is do you? Anarchists say its a ruling class becuase they destroy the state,etc,etc. the Vanguard party pratically only has power in goverment if any and onlt defends the Socialist state. The other Marxist states had Vanguard parties not ruling classes there is a difference betweem a vanguard party and a ruling class.

The difference between the ruling class and the Vanguard party is the ruling class is a class of society. A vanguard party is a party that represents the most advanced section of the working class,hence vanguard,vanguard means "the ones at the front."

The concept of the ruling class, leadership and authority are natural biological traits, seen in apes, canines, insects, and yes, PEOPLE. Hence the Soviet Polit Bureau. You failed to give an example of a Marxist system that actually worked the way it was supposed to in which there was no ruling class whatsoever.

And going back to what I said earlier about biology, a species that practices communism could never advance. The only way a species could evolve is if individuals are able to rise above others and become surperior on their own, which capitalism allows, provided one will work for it, which is why capitalism has worked for 10,000 years. The only real way capitalism can fail is if another country with a different system invades and takes control.

On your statement of the ruling class is not the ruling class you are just stating that it thats someone with leadership/autority skills to become the ruling class. the Ruling class is a class in Capitalist society. And to clarify on your "knowlege" of Capitalism Capitalism is only 500 years old. Capitalism doesnt allow for people to rise above it allows people to compete untill they thuse such tatics they arent as good as criminals. Your classifing of a ruling class in Marxist-Leninist state doesnt have proof to support itself much less attack another statement. Marxism , when it reaches communism, it has no state thus no ruling class. The Soviet Political Bureau wasnt a ruling class only a party of the Vanguard party, CPSU, of the USSR. What you really cant prove is how someone can advance in Communism becuase Communism hasnt been laid into pratice thus you must know theory to know how it works. In China there was no ruling class in every ML state there was no ruling class. a Ruling class is the Bouguise, the Elite,etc you only give Politcal leaders and parties which =/= ruling classes.

In my views, and in Field Marshal Rommel's views, according to his personal writings, all of Eastern Europe should have been wiped out LONG ago. Who would miss a bunch of backwards, violent, racist, Communist-sympathizing countries that give NOTHING to the world?
They would have redacted the race laws, obviously. And I don't believe they were out to create a 'monarchy', anyway.
For your proof, I urge you to go ad find the excellent book "Rommel: The Desert Fox". It describes, in chapter 21, how Rommel despised the Nuremberg Race Laws, he described the entire Nazi High Command as 'moronic' and 'useless'. And it was discovered that during the fighting in Africa, he intentionally 'lost' orders that regarded the execution of prisoners and the special searches for Jews. During the Fall of France, he was ordered several times to burn synagogues and raze predominantly Jewish towns and neighborhoods, but again 'lost' the orders. He also had 3 SS men executed for abusing prisoners, although he reported that they were 'killed in the line of duty'.
