Poltanov Stalin, Premier of the UISSR, and General Secretary of the Communist Party of the UISSR.

Poltanov Stalin was born in 2021 and grew up a rather hard life, with him never knowing his father, and him and his mother having a hard time making ends meet, and with the Gabian invasion of the UPSR happening around them, they found it hard to find jobs, untill his mother made him get a job in the Gabian Workforce to help out the household, where at 16, he would become a lumberjack, but he wanted to enlist into the Gabian Military, but was denied entry due to being a Russian, this enraged him, and wanted to strive more than cutting wood. He would later find Communist readings in his mother's old attic and began reading in his free time, beginning to soak up what he was reading, joined the Communist Party of the Gabian Empire in 2043, he would quickly catch the eye of multiple high ranking party members, as he resembled the long dead Communist dictator, Joseph Stalin, and his eagerness for the party would allow him to strive up the ranks of the Party, the High ranks would give him the nickname of Stalin due to his resemblence and eagerness to Stalin in his young years.
He would go on to go into the elections Russian Majority Senate in the Gabian Government, due to the party voting for him, he was able to be easily elected into the Senate in 2065, but his time in Senate was short lived as in 2066, a Soviet coup happened in Russian Gabia and Communist Revolutionaries all across former Soviet Union. Stalin partaked in the main Revolution in Moscow, as a head Revolutionary, the Russian Majority Senate, being majority Communist, were arrested, or executed, but due to Stalin's activity in the streets of Moscow, the authorities were not able to catch Stalin. After 3 weeks of revolutionary protesting, Gabian officials gave independence to the former Soviet Union, with Stalin taking head of it, becoming the Premier, and officially naming it to the Union of InterDimensional Soviet Socialist Republics, and being awarded the Order of the Premier, Hero of the Dimensional Soviet Union, and Order of Lenin, where he would lead on the UISSR to what it is today.
