Colonel General Artyom Yakovlev of the UISSR Aeronautic and Space Forces, a respected man of his branch, a well known friend of the Premier too, every now and then he is personally invited to the Kremlin or Red Mansion for drinks or dinner.

In this depiction, it shows him wearing his standard M2088 Uniform, heavily based, off the M69/88 Uniform the original Soviet Union used,
but on the bottom shows him in a newly created "M2133" uniform, given permission to be worn to him by the Premier himself untill the M2088 is full phased out.
