Botanica was always cool. Decided to give her legs and only two arms (rather than four) on my take of her.Gotta love incompetent, outsourced, technical support staff members. I miss my interent T_T

I like that her robot mode isn't as ugly as it was in Beast Machines. Yes, her alternate 'beast-plant' mode was good, but when she transformed into that bald head with the big frilly collar, I was just EW!. She didn't have four arms in robot mode, that was 'beast' mode that had the four arms and the much better looking head.

In the show yes, but Transformers with plant-based alt modes aren't just restricted to Botanica. Her whole scientigfic exploration crew adopted plant-based alt modes as well.

They stayed behind on the planet where they were performing research and exploration while Botanica returned to Cybertron to answer Megatron's false distress signal, where he shot her ship down while it was in orbit.
