UPDATE: Used the revamped sprite of Ratchet as a base, since you know, they're retools of each other...Added some unique bits to Ironhide based off of his design in IDW's Robots in Disguise series to further distinguish him from Ratchet.
I guess you could say that the armor plating over his chest hides an old wound or something like that.
